Production Methods

Planning:

We all took different roles in the group and worked together as a team in different areas of our production. The planning was mainly done by Cathie and Rosie who had most of the ideas together. We all helped to organize different things such as calls to each other and getting to the locations. Rosie mainly organize the schedule which helped us to get things done on time and in the right locations. We all helped to bring resources and props and equipment into the group for example Rosie helped with the costume, Sarah provided the speakers for the Ipod which Hannah provided and Hannah also provide and camera and tripod on one shoot.

Pre-production:

Cathie and Rosie went out and shoot test footage which we edited together and discussed the different types of shots used and which ones we liked and thought looked good. We decided to put an effect on it afterwards. We added a blue filer and we decided that we would put this effect on the final piece.


Shooting:

Everyone took turns and shooting. We tried to discuss each shot as group deciding things like framing, movements etc.

Editing:

We worked on editing as a group discussing everything we did. We didn't use any transitions but just used straight cuts. We matched are editing to the music. We started by lip-syching and then went on to assembling are footage. Hannah zoomed out cut by cut on some shots.

Post Production:

We applied a blue filter at the end.
