Roles in the Group
We were all involved in everything, however we had some responsibilties fell more onto some more than others.
Rosie had the role of producer as she was involved in arranging the shoots, and making sure people, props and filming equipment were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. She also was the main source of contact between performers and film-makers. Cathie also had input into this as she lived closest to Rosie.
The director position was taken on by all of us. Rosie encouraged the performers, Hannah made shot desicions, such as the angles, and framing, Cathie visualised the look of the video, and Sarah oversaw the editing.
Hannah and Cathie shared the role of cinematographer. Cathie worked out how to achieve the visions we had, and came up with ideas on shoooting the shots, while Hannah used her techinical knowledge to oversee the use of the camera.
We all edited. Hannah did most of the physical editing but we all oversaw it, putting in our opinions and making decisions. We all did our own sections of editing.
